Brains and Birdies: A Day on the Greens

For this year's field day, Prof. Ziemann invited the lab for an afternoon on the greens at Golfclub Schloss Kressbach. With a mix of some experienced players and total beginners, we spent the day refining our skills on the driving range before taking on the golf course. We informally investigated whether handling a TMS coil translates well into golfing!

2026 NYC Neuromodulation Conference

Members of the Ziemann Lab recently attended and presented at the NYC Neuromodulation Conference in New York City. Our talks explored oscillatory brain state-dependent stimulation and aperiodic brain activity modulation of corticospinal excitability. On the poster floor, we showcased developements in reinforcement learning-based closed-loop EEG-TMS and multi-locus TMS connectivity profiling in the hand motor network.
